Article D1237-10 of the French Labour Code

The validation decision of the Regional Director of Companies, Competition, Consumption, Labour and Employment provided for in article L. 1237-19-4 is sent within the time limit mentioned in the same article by any means capable of giving a date certain to the employer, the signatories to the agreement and, where applicable, to the Social and Economic Committee.

La décision de validation du directeur régional des entreprises, de la concurrence, de la consommation, du travail et de l’emploi prévue à l’article L. 1237-19-4 est adressée dans le délai mentionné à ce même article par tout moyen permettant de conférer une date certaine à l’employeur, aux signataires de l’accord, ainsi qu’au comité social et économique le cas échéant.
