The insured must declare to the insurer or its local representative any loss likely to trigger cover as soon as it is known and at the latest within thirty days of publication of the interministerial decree declaring a state of natural disaster.

L’assuré doit déclarer à l’assureur ou à son représentant local tout sinistre susceptible de faire jouer la garantie dès qu’il en a connaissance et au plus tard dans les trente jours suivant la publication de l’arrêté interministériel constatant l’état de catastrophe naturelle.
