Article D1423-63-1 of the French Labour Code

An employee who is a member of a labour tribunal and who has signed a fixed-term contract for a number of days over the year is entitled to continue to receive all of his remuneration and the corresponding benefits, in respect of the performance of his labour tribunal duties. The employer is reimbursed the amount of the remuneration that he has had to continue to receive in this respect, in accordance with the conditions set out in article D. 1423-59.

Le salarié ayant conclu une convention de forfait en jours sur l’année, membre d’un conseil de prud’hommes, bénéficie du maintien de l’intégralité de sa rémunération et des avantages correspondants, au titre de l’exercice de ses activités prud’homales.L’employeur est remboursé dans les conditions prévues à l’article D. 1423-59 du montant de la rémunération qu’il aura dû maintenir à ce titre.
