Article D211-84 of the French Sports Code

The approval referred to in Article L. 211-4 is granted when the criteria defined in the specifications are met.

The specifications are drawn up by the relevant delegating federation and sent to the Minister for Sport for approval. It is amended in the same way.

L’agrément mentionné à l’article L. 211-4 est délivré lorsqu’il est satisfait aux critères définis dans un cahier des charges.

Le cahier des charges est établi par la fédération délégataire compétente et transmis pour approbation au ministre chargé des sports. Il est modifié dans les mêmes formes.
