The minimum height of the chimney’s open-air outlet and the maximum quantities of pollutants assessed by sampling and analysis in the gases discharged into the atmosphere are defined by order of the Minister for Health issued after consultation with the Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail.
La hauteur minimale du débouché à l’air libre de la cheminée ainsi que les quantités maximales de polluants évalués par des prélèvements et analyses dans les gaz rejetés dans l’atmosphère sont définies par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé pris après avis de l’Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail.
