The examination regulations, the syllabus for all the tests, the examination procedures and the minimum mark required to obtain the national thanatopractor diploma are defined by a joint order of the Minister of the Interior and the Minister of Health issued on the recommendation of the national jury.

Le règlement de l’examen, le programme de l’ensemble des épreuves, les modalités de l’examen ainsi que la notation minimale pour obtenir le diplôme national de thanatopracteur sont définis par arrêté conjoint du ministre de l’intérieur et du ministre chargé de la santé pris sur proposition du jury national.
