Article D224-18 of the French Consumer Code

The tool mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 224-43 allows electronic communications operators, within the meaning of 6° of article L. 32 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code, operating one or more value-added numbers, to be informed daily, for each number concerning them:

1° Alerts relating to inaccuracies in the information contained in the tool;

2° Alerts when an associated service does not comply with the ethical rules laid down by the operator;

> Alerts when an associated service does not comply with the ethical rules laid down by the operator;

Alerts when an associated service does not comply with the ethical rules laid down by the operator
3° Alerts when it is not possible for consumers to exercise their right to complain or when malfunctions prevent them from doing so.

L’outil mentionné au premier alinéa de l’article L. 224-43 permet aux opérateurs de communications électroniques, au sens du 6° de l’article L. 32 du code des postes et des communications électroniques, exploitant un ou plusieurs numéros à valeur ajoutée, d’être informés quotidiennement, pour chaque numéro les concernant :

1° Des signalements relatifs à une inexactitude des informations figurant dans l’outil ;

2° Des signalements lorsqu’un service associé ne respecte pas les règles déontologiques fixées par l’opérateur ;

3° Des signalements lorsque l’exercice du droit de réclamation par le consommateur n’est pas possible ou que des dysfonctionnements l’entravent.
