Article D2573-29 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 2311-1 to R. 2311-9 and the articles R. 2311-11 to D. 2311-14 and article D. 2311-16 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II to IV.

II. – For the application of Article D. 2311-2, after the words: “Minister responsible for local authorities” are inserted the words: “, Minister responsible for overseas France”.

III. – For the application of Article D. 2311-4, the words “as well as, in towns with more than 100,000 inhabitants, the account recording the operating costs of elected representatives’ groups, which in itself forms a chapter” are deleted.

IV. – For the application of Article D. 2311-6, the words: “Operating expenses of groups of elected representatives” (in municipalities with more than 100,000 inhabitants) are deleted.

V. – For the application of article D. 2311-16, the first two sentences of II are replaced by the following sentence:

“The report sets out the human resources policy of the municipality or grouping in terms of professional equality between women and men, particularly with regard to recruitment, training, working hours, professional promotion, working conditions, remuneration and the balance between professional and personal life. “

Article D2573-29

I. – Les articles R. 2311-1 à R. 2311-9 et les articles R. 2311-11 à D. 2311-14 et l’article D. 2311-16 sont applicables aux communes de la Polynésie française sous réserves des adaptations prévues du II au IV.

II. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 2311-2, après les mots : ” ministre chargé des collectivités locales ” sont insérés les mots : “, ministre chargé de l’outre-mer ”.

III. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 2311-4, les mots : ” ainsi que, dans les villes de plus de 100 000 habitants, du compte enregistrant les frais de fonctionnement des groupes d’élus qui forme à lui seul un chapitre ” sont supprimés.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 2311-6, les mots : ” Frais de fonctionnement des groupes d’élus ” (dans les communes de plus de 100 000 habitants) sont supprimés.

V. – Pour l’application de l’article D. 2311-16, les deux premières phrases du II sont remplacées par la phrase suivante :

” Le rapport fait état de la politique de ressources humaines de la commune ou du groupement en matière d’égalité professionnelle entre les femmes et les hommes, notamment en ce qui concerne le recrutement, la formation, le temps de travail, la promotion professionnelle, les conditions de travail, la rémunération et l’articulation entre vie professionnelle et vie personnelle. “
