Article D2573-32 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

I. – The articles R. 2321-1 to R. 2321-3 and R. 2321-7 are applicable to the communes of French Polynesia subject to the adaptations provided for in II, III and IV.

II. – For the application of Article R. 2321-1, the words: “mentioned in Article L. 132-15 of the Town Planning Code” are deleted.

III. – For the application of article R. 2321-2, the words: “in Book VI of the Commercial Code” are replaced by the words: “by locally applicable regulations”.

IV. – For the application of article R. 2321-7, the words: “and, in general, downhill and cross-country skiing” are deleted.

IV. – Pour l’application de l’article R. 2321-7, les mots : ” et, d’une manière générale, à la pratique du ski alpin et du ski de fond ” sont supprimés.
