Article D3134-1 of the French Public Health Code

When the Minister for Health calls on the health reserve in application of I of article L. 3134-1, the Director General of the Agence nationale de santé publique may conclude an agreement with each organisation benefiting from the provision of reservists, determining the amount of the organisation’s contribution to the compensation of reservists or their employers and the conditions for the mobilisation of reservists.

Article D3134-1

Lorsque le ministre de la santé fait appel à la réserve sanitaire en application du I de l’article L. 3134-1, le directeur général de l’Agence nationale de santé publique peut conclure avec chaque organisme bénéficiant de la mise à disposition de réservistes une convention déterminant le montant de la contribution de l’organisme à l’indemnisation des réservistes ou de leurs employeurs et les conditions de la mobilisation des réservistes.
