Article D4111-13-6 of the French Public Health Code

Applicants for authorisation to practise under the provisions of articles L. 4131-4 and L. 4131-4-1 must provide proof of a sufficient level of proficiency in the French language when submitting the application provided for in articles D. 4111-13-1 and D. 4111-13-3, by obtaining one of the qualifications provided for by order of the Minister for Health.

Les candidats à l’autorisation d’exercice au titre des dispositions des articles L. 4131-4 et L. 4131-4-1 justifient du niveau suffisant de maîtrise de la langue française lors de la remise du dossier prévu aux articles D. 4111-13-1 et D. 4111-13-3, par l’obtention d’un des titres prévus par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
