If the ministerial authority does not respond to an application submitted under articles L. 4131-4 and L. 4131-4-1 within four months of receipt of a complete application, this will be deemed to constitute a rejection decision.

This period may be extended by two months by decision of the ministerial authority, notified no later than one month before its expiry, in the event of serious difficulty in assessing the applicant’s professional experience.
