At the end of the third and sixth months, the traineeship is the subject of an assessment report, the model for which is set by order of the Minister for Health.

The reports are sent without delay to the national dental surgeons’ association (Conseil national de l’ordre des chirurgiens-dentistes) with a copy to the person concerned.
