The traineeship is the subject of an assessment report, the model for which is laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

The report is sent without delay to the Conseil national de l’ordre des sages-femmes, with a copy to the person concerned.

Le stage fait l’objet d’un rapport d’évaluation, dont le modèle est fixé par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.

Le rapport est adressé sans délai au Conseil national de l’ordre des sages-femmes avec copie à l’intéressé.
