The national council of the order of the profession or any body of this order authorised for this purpose by the national council carries out the registration provided for in article L. 4113-1 :
1° Persons who have obtained the evidence of formal qualifications required to practise the profession of doctor, dental surgeon or midwife who are not practising but obtained their evidence of formal qualifications less than three years ago;
2° Medical and dental interns and students duly authorised to practise medicine, dentistry or the profession of midwife on a temporary basis, or who are likely to contribute to the healthcare system by virtue of their level of training, particularly in the context of the health reserve.
The national council or the authorised local body will proceed with registration after checking the supporting identity documents or certified copies presented or forwarded by the interested party.
Until the system provided for in the second paragraph of article L. 4113-1-1 is implemented, this council or authority will also check the authenticity of the documents presented or forwarded by the person concerned to prove, as appropriate, his qualifications or level of training by comparing them with the information obtained from the organisations that issued or dispensed them.
