Article D4626-3 of the French Labour Code

When the autonomous occupational health and prevention service brings together several establishments under an agreement, the agreement sets out in particular the procedures for managing the service and sharing the costs. The management of the service may be entrusted to one of the establishments party to the agreement.

Lorsque le service autonome de prévention et de santé au travail regroupe par convention plusieurs établissements, la convention fixe notamment les modalités de gestion du service et de répartition des charges. La gestion du service peut être confiée à l’un des établissements parties à la convention.
