The tutoring of students recruited on jobs for the future as teachers is provided by a teacher appointed by the academy rector.

In agricultural education, the regional director of food, agriculture and forestry appoints the teacher responsible for tutoring.

The teacher monitors and supports the student as he or she progresses through the teaching profession, in particular by involving him or her in the preparation and conduct of teaching sequences, class management and pupil monitoring.

Le tutorat des étudiants recrutés sur des emplois d’avenir professeur est assuré par un enseignant désigné par le recteur d’académie.

Dans l’enseignement agricole, le directeur régional de l’alimentation, de l’agriculture et de la forêt désigne l’enseignant chargé du tutorat.

L’enseignant suit et accompagne l’étudiant dans sa formation progressive au métier du professorat notamment en l’associant à la préparation et à la conduite de séquences d’enseignement, à la gestion de classe et au suivi des élèves.
