One or more periods of work experience may be prescribed for an employee on an initiative-employment contract, with his agreement and that of his employer.

Each of these periods is the subject of an agreement in accordance with the procedures set out in Chapter V of this Title, subject to the provisions of this sub-section.

Une ou plusieurs périodes de mise en situation en milieu professionnel peuvent être prescrites à un salarié en contrat initiative-emploi, avec son accord et celui de son employeur.

Chacune de ces périodes fait l’objet d’une convention selon les modalités prévues au chapitre V du présent titre, sous réserve des dispositions prévues par la présente sous-section.
