Article D5151-12 of the French Labour Code

The action financed in whole or in part by the rights acquired under the citizen commitment account is paid for under the conditions defined by Chapter III of Title II of Book III of Part Six of this Code.

When the holder of the civic commitment account does not fall into one of the situations mentioned in 1° to 3° of article L. 5151-2, a body designated by order of the minister responsible for vocational training is responsible for paying the costs.

L’action financée en tout ou partie par les droits acquis au titre de l’engagement citoyen est prise en charge dans les conditions définies par le chapitre III du titre II du livre III de la sixième partie du présent code.

Lorsque le titulaire du compte d’engagement citoyen ne relève pas de l’une des situations mentionnées aux 1° à 3° de l’article L. 5151-2, un organisme désigné par arrêté du ministre chargé de la formation professionnelle assure cette prise en charge.
