Article D6122-44-1 of the French Public Health Code

An army hospital may, with the authorisation of the Minister for Defence and the opinion of the Director General of the relevant regional health agency, participate in a shared medical imaging platform provided for in article L. 6122-15.

It participates in the preparation of the following documents provided for in the same article:

1° The cooperation project, which includes the specific needs of defence as well as the methods by which army hospitals contribute to the continuity of imaging care;

2° The annual progress report and the final report.

When an army hospital participates in a shared medical imaging platform, the authorisation relating to this platform may only be suspended or withdrawn under the conditions provided for in article R. 6122-41-1.

The provisions of the first sentence of the tenth paragraph of article L. 6122-15 relating to remuneration conditions do not apply to armed forces health service personnel working in a shared medical imaging platform.

Article D6122-44-1

Un hôpital des armées peut, après autorisation du ministre de la défense et avis du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé concernée, participer à un plateau mutualisé d’imagerie médicale prévu à l’article L. 6122-15.

Il participe à l’élaboration des documents suivants prévus au même article :

1° Le projet de coopération, qui intègre les besoins spécifiques de la défense ainsi que les modalités selon lesquelles les hôpitaux des armées contribuent à la permanence des soins en imagerie ;

2° Le rapport d’étape annuel et le rapport final.

Lorsqu’un hôpital des armées participe à un plateau mutualisé d’imagerie médicale, l’autorisation relative à ce plateau ne peut être suspendue ou retirée que dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 6122-41-1.

Les dispositions de la première phrase du dixième alinéa de l’article L. 6122-15 relatives aux conditions de rémunération ne sont pas applicables au personnel du service de santé des armées exerçant dans le cadre d’un plateau mutualisé d’imagerie médicale.
