Article D6323-21-5 of the French Labour Code

The management costs of the regional interprofessional joint committee are made up of :

1° Administrative management costs relating to the instruction and monitoring of professional transition projects, projects mentioned in 2° of II of article L. 5422-1 and the organisation of validation sessions for the certification relating to the professional knowledge and skills base mentioned in I of article D. 6113-30 ;

2° Management costs relating to the task of monitoring the implementation of vocational development advice in the region;

3° Reimbursement of travel, accommodation and catering expenses incurred by persons who sit on the organisation’s management bodies;

4° The cost of informing employees about professional transition projects, certification relating to the professional knowledge and skills base referred to in I of article D. 6113-30, the projects referred to in 2° of II of article L. 5422-1 and information about the organisations providing professional development advice;

5° Costs incurred in ensuring the quality of the training provided, in particular those relating to the analysis of employment, skills and qualification needs in the region.

The costs relating to the instruction, management and monitoring of the professional retraining projects provided for in 4° of the I of article L. 4163-7 and the actions financed by the endowment of the investment fund for the prevention of professional wear and tear mentioned inarticle L. 221-1-5 of the Social Security Code are specifically covered by the endowments mentioned in article D. 6123-26-1 and based on the amounts used by the commissions.

The terms and conditions and the amount of these payments are defined by order of the ministers responsible for social security and vocational training.

Les frais de gestion de la commission paritaire interprofessionnelle régionale sont constitués par :

1° Les frais de gestion administrative relatifs à l’instruction et au suivi des projets de transition professionnelle, des projets mentionnés au 2° du II de l’article L. 5422-1 et à l’organisation des sessions de validation de la certification relative au socle de connaissances et de compétences professionnelles mentionné au I de l’article D. 6113-30 ;

2° Les frais de gestion liés à la mission de suivi de la mise en œuvre du conseil en évolution professionnelle sur le territoire régional ;

3° Le remboursement des frais de déplacement, de séjour et de restauration engagés par les personnes qui siègent au sein des organes de direction de l’organisme ;

4° Les frais d’information des salariés sur les projets de transition professionnelle, la certification relative au socle de connaissances et de compétences professionnelles mentionné au I de l’article D. 6113-30, les projets mentionnés au 2° du II de l’article L. 5422-1 et l’information sur les organismes délivrant du conseil en évolution professionnelle ;

5° Les frais engagés pour s’assurer de la qualité des formations dispensées, notamment ceux liés à l’analyse des besoins en emploi, en compétences et en qualification sur le territoire.

Les frais relatifs à l’instruction, à la gestion et au suivi des projets de reconversion professionnelle prévus au 4° du I de l’article L. 4163-7 et des actions financées par la dotation du fonds d’investissement dans la prévention de l’usure professionnelle mentionné à l’article L. 221-1-5 du code de la sécurité sociale font l’objet d’une prise en charge spécifique par les dotations mentionnées à l’article D. 6123-26-1 et assise sur les montants consommés par les commissions.

Les modalités et le montant de ces prises en charge sont définis par arrêté des ministres chargés de la sécurité sociale et de la formation professionnelle.
