In application of the second paragraph of article L. 6325-2, the employee may not spend more than half of the training time in a company other than the one employing him under the professionalisation contract. This must enable the employee to complete his training, in particular by using equipment or techniques that are not used by the employer.
Each host company appoints a tutor.
The employee must comply with the internal rules of each host company.
Each host company is responsible for compliance with the provisions relating to working hours and health and safety at work.
Where the activity carried out by the employee in the host company requires enhanced individual monitoring, the corresponding obligations are the responsibility of that company.
