As soon as it is signed, the agreement is sent by the employer to the training establishment in which the employee is enrolled, as well as to the organisme paritaire collecteur agréé [approved joint training body] responsible for financing the training for this contract.

Dès sa conclusion, la convention est adressée par l’employeur à l’établissement de formation dans lequel est inscrit le salarié, ainsi qu’à l’organisme paritaire collecteur agréé chargé de financer la formation de ce contrat.
