Article L1262-4-5 of the French Labour Code

On building or civil engineering sites covered by article L. 4532-10, the project owner shall inform posted employees, by means of posters in the workplace, of the regulations applicable to them pursuant to article L. 1262-4. The notice shall be easily accessible and translated into one of the official languages spoken in each of the States to which the posted employees belong.

A decree shall determine the conditions for implementing this obligation, in particular the content of the information mentioned in the first paragraph.

Article L1262-4-5

Sur les chantiers de bâtiment ou de génie civil relevant de l’article L. 4532-10, le maître d’ouvrage porte à la connaissance des salariés détachés, par voie d’affichage sur les lieux de travail, les informations sur la réglementation qui leur est applicable en application de l’article L. 1262-4. L’affiche est facilement accessible et traduite dans l’une des langues officielles parlées dans chacun des Etats d’appartenance des salariés détachés.

Un décret détermine les conditions de mise en œuvre de cette obligation, notamment le contenu des informations mentionnées au premier alinéa.
