Article L1262-5 of the French Labour Code

A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine :

1° The conditions and procedures for application of the provisions relating to the matters listed in article L. 1262-4 ;

2° The conditions under which declaratory formalities are required of foreign service providers;

3° The exemptions from formalities from which they benefit;

4° The procedures for appointing and the powers of the representative referred to in II of Article L. 1262-2-1 ;

5° The procedures for fulfilling the obligations laid down in Article L. 1262-4-1;

6° The procedures for implementing Article L. 1264-3 ;

7° The conditions for application of article L. 1263-7, in particular the nature of the documents that must be translated into French and the procedures for keeping them on national territory.

Article L1262-5

Un décret en Conseil d’Etat détermine :

1° Les conditions et modalités d’application des dispositions relevant des matières énumérées à l’article L. 1262-4 ;

2° Les conditions dans lesquelles des formalités déclaratives sont exigées des prestataires étrangers ;

3° Les dispenses de formalités dont ils bénéficient ;

4° Les modalités de désignation et les attributions du représentant mentionné au II de l’article L. 1262-2-1 ;

5° Les modalités selon lesquelles sont satisfaites les obligations prévues à l’article L. 1262-4-1 ;

6° Les modalités de mise en œuvre de l’article L. 1264-3 ;

7° Les conditions d’application de l’article L. 1263-7, notamment la nature des documents devant être traduits en langue française et leurs modalités de conservation sur le territoire national.
