Article L1312-4 of the French Public Health Code

It is punishable as an offence under article L. 1454-8 for companies providing services or manufacturing or marketing products covered by compulsory social security schemes, as well as for companies operating within the remit of the agency referred to in article L. 1313-1, to offer or provide benefits to persons occasionally collaborating in the work of the agency, to members or persons providing assistance, to committees, councils and commissions sitting with the agency.

Article L1312-4

Est puni comme l’infraction mentionnée à l’article L. 1454-8 le fait, pour les entreprises assurant des prestations ou fabriquant ou commercialisant des produits pris en charge par les régimes obligatoires de sécurité sociale, ainsi que pour les entreprises intervenant dans le champ de compétence de l’agence mentionnée à l’article L. 1313-1, de proposer ou procurer des avantages aux personnes collaborant occasionnellement aux travaux de l’agence, aux membres ou aux personnes qui apportent leur concours, aux comités, conseils et commissions siégeant auprès d’elle.
