Article L133-10 of the French Tourism Code

Decrees in the Conseil d’Etat determine the conditions for the application of this section and its adaptation to the different categories of classified resorts, in particular :

-resorts whose jurisdiction extends over several communes or parts of communes. In this case, they must prescribe prior consultation of the municipal councils concerned and, where appropriate, their equitable representation on the management committee;

-resorts whose equipment and operation have been the subject of concessions from the commune or communes concerned;

Des décrets en Conseil d’Etat déterminent les conditions d’application de la présente section et ses modalités d’adaptation aux différentes catégories de stations classées, notamment :

-aux stations dont le ressort s’étend sur plusieurs communes ou fractions de commune. Dans ce cas, ils doivent prescrire la consultation préalable des conseils municipaux intéressés ainsi que, le cas échéant, leur représentation équitable dans le comité de direction ;

-aux stations dont l’équipement et l’exploitation ont fait l’objet de concessions de la commune ou des communes intéressées ;
