Article L1423-1-1 of the French Labour Code

Subject to the provisions relating to the management section set out in article L. 1423-1-2, cases are allocated between the sections of the industrial tribunal on the basis of the scope of the collective labour agreement to which the employee party to the dispute is subject and a table of allocation, under conditions defined by decree.

Article L1423-1-1

Sous réserve des dispositions relatives à la section de l’encadrement définies à l’article L. 1423-1-2, les affaires sont réparties entre les sections du conseil des prud’hommes au regard du champ d’application de la convention ou de l’accord collectif de travail dont le salarié partie au litige relève et d’un tableau de répartition, dans des conditions définies par décret.
