The trader shall be liable for any errors due to technical faults in the booking system for which he is responsible and, if the trader has agreed to organise the booking of a holiday, he shall be liable for errors made during the booking process.
A professional is not responsible for booking errors which are attributable to the traveller or which are caused by exceptional and unavoidable circumstances.
