Article L211-3 of the French Consumer Code

When any written contract is concluded, the consumer shall be informed by the trader of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute, to the consumer mediation procedure under the conditions laid down in Title I of Book VI.

Lors de la conclusion de tout contrat écrit, le consommateur est informé par le professionnel de la possibilité de recourir, en cas de contestation, à la procédure de médiation de la consommation dans les conditions prévues au titre Ier du livre VI.
