Article L2135-14 of the French Labour Code

The employees’ trade union organisations that are representative at national and cross-industry level and those whose statutory vocation is of a national and cross-industry nature and which have received more than 3% of the votes cast in the elections provided for in 3° of article L. 2122-9 collect the sums due to the territorial organisations and trade union organisations that are representative at branch level and are affiliated to them. They contribute to the financing of the latter in respect of the tasks mentioned in 1° and 2° of article L. 2135-11.

Article L2135-14

Les organisations syndicales de salariés représentatives au niveau national et interprofessionnel et celles dont la vocation statutaire revêt un caractère national et interprofessionnel et qui ont recueilli plus de 3 % des suffrages exprimés lors des élections prévues au 3° de l’article L. 2122-9 perçoivent les sommes dues aux organisations territoriales et organisations syndicales représentatives au niveau de la branche qui leur sont affiliées. Elles contribuent au financement de ces dernières au titre des missions mentionnées aux 1° et 2° de l’article L. 2135-11.
