Where flat-rate repairs are offered, the seller shall inform the consumer in writing or on a durable medium, at the latest when the contract is concluded, where applicable, of the origin of the breakdown, the nature of the work envisaged and the parts to be replaced.

The seller shall inform the consumer under the same conditions that the consumer does not benefit from the legal conformity guarantee for parts or supplies provided as an accessory as part of the service rendered, unless they constitute the main object of the contract concluded.
He shall inform the consumer under the same conditions that the latter does not benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for parts or supplies provided as an accessory as part of the service provided, unless these constitute the main subject of the contract concluded or were acquired by the consumer under a separate sales contract.

Lorsqu’il propose des réparations forfaitaires, le vendeur informe le consommateur par écrit ou sur un support durable, au plus tard lors de la conclusion du contrat, le cas échéant, de l’origine de la panne, de la nature de l’intervention envisagée et des pièces à remplacer.

Il informe dans les mêmes conditions le consommateur que ce dernier ne bénéficie pas de la garantie légale de conformité pour les pièces ou fournitures fournies à titre accessoire dans le cadre de la prestation effectuée, à moins que celles-ci constituent l’objet principal du contrat conclu ou qu’elles n’aient été acquises par le consommateur dans le cadre d’un contrat de vente distinct.
