Article L221-20 of the French Consumer Code

Where the information relating to the right of withdrawal has not been provided to the consumer under the conditions set out in 7° of Article L. 221-5, the withdrawal period is extended by twelve months from the expiry of the initial withdrawal period, determined in accordance with Article L. 221-18.
However, where the provision of this information occurs during this extension, the withdrawal period expires at the end of a period of fourteen days from the day on which the consumer received this information.

Lorsque les informations relatives au droit de rétractation n’ont pas été fournies au consommateur dans les conditions prévues au 7° de l’article L. 221-5, le délai de rétractation est prolongé de douze mois à compter de l’expiration du délai de rétractation initial, déterminé conformément à l’article L. 221-18.
Toutefois, lorsque la fourniture de ces informations intervient pendant cette prolongation, le délai de rétractation expire au terme d’une période de quatorze jours à compter du jour où le consommateur a reçu ces informations.
