Article L221-6 of the French Sports Code

A high-level sportsperson, judge, referee or trainer, recruited as a non-permanent employee, may benefit, in the two years following their removal from the list of high-level sportspersons, in accordance with the procedures laid down by decree in the Conseil d’Etat, from special conditions of employment designed to facilitate their training and preparation for competitions for access to the civil service, without these having any effect on the duration of the contract.

Article L221-6

Un sportif, juge, arbitre ou entraîneur de haut niveau, recruté en qualité d’agent non titulaire, peut bénéficier dans les deux années suivant sa radiation de la liste des sportifs de haut niveau, selon des modalités fixées par décret en Conseil d’Etat, de conditions particulières d’emploi visant à faciliter sa formation et la préparation de concours d’accès à la fonction publique, sans que celles-ci aient d’effet sur la durée du contrat.
