Article L224-36 of the French Consumer Code

Where an electronic communications contract including a clause imposing compliance with a minimum performance period has been subscribed to by the consumer, the invoices drawn up by electronic communications service providers shall mention the remaining duration of the commitment or the date of the end of the commitment or, where appropriate, mention that this minimum contractual performance period has expired.

Lorsqu’un contrat de communications électroniques incluant une clause imposant le respect d’une durée minimum d’exécution a été souscrit par le consommateur, les facturations établies par les fournisseurs de services de communications électroniques mentionnent la durée d’engagement restant à courir ou la date de la fin de l’engagement ou, le cas échéant, mentionnent que cette durée minimum d’exécution du contrat est échue.
