Article L224-42-3 of the French Consumer Code

Where providers of publicly available Internet access services or interpersonal communications services impose conditions on the provision of such services, the relevant information shall be published in a clear, comprehensive, machine-readable and accessible form for disabled persons, so that end-users can make an informed choice. This information shall be regularly updated.

A decree shall specify the procedures for applying this article, in particular the list of information concerned and the procedures for its publication.

Lorsque des fournisseurs de services d’accès à l’internet ou de services de communications interpersonnelles accessibles au public soumettent la fourniture de ces services à certaines conditions, les informations correspondantes sont publiées sous une forme claire, complète, lisible par machine et accessible pour les personnes handicapées, de sorte que les utilisateurs finals puissent se déterminer en toute connaissance de cause. Ces informations sont régulièrement mises à jour.


Un décret précise les modalités d’application du présent article, notamment la liste des informations concernées et les modalités de leur publication.
