Before the conclusion of any contract between a consumer and a trader at a fair, exhibition or any commercial event covered by Chapter II of Title VI of Book VII of the French Commercial Code, the trader shall inform the consumer that he does not have a withdrawal period.

Avant la conclusion de tout contrat entre un consommateur et un professionnel à l’occasion d’une foire, d’un salon ou de toute manifestation commerciale relevant du chapitre II du titre VI du livre VII du code de commerce, le professionnel informe le consommateur qu’il ne dispose pas d’un délai de rétractation.
