Article L224-71 of the French Consumer Code

Any advertisement relating to any contract or group of contracts for the use of timeshare, long-term holiday product or for resale or exchange shall indicate the possibility of obtaining the information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74. Any invitation to an event for the purpose of selling or promoting one of the products or services mentioned above shall clearly indicate the commercial purpose and nature of the event. For the duration of the event, the professional makes available to the consumer the information mentioned in articles L. 224-73 and L. 224-74.

Toute publicité relative à tout contrat ou groupe de contrats d’utilisation de biens à temps partagé, de produit de vacances à long terme ou de revente ou d’échange indique la possibilité d’obtenir les informations mentionnées aux articles L. 224-73 et L. 224-74. Toute invitation à une manifestation ayant pour objet la vente ou la promotion d’un des produits ou services ci-dessus mentionnés indique clairement le but commercial et la nature de cette manifestation. Pendant la durée de celle-ci, le professionnel met à la disposition du consommateur les informations mentionnées aux articles L. 224-73 et L. 224-74.
