Article L224-86 of the French Consumer Code

Where the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal from the timeshare or long-term holiday product contract, any ancillary contract, including the exchange contract, shall be terminated ipso jure without cost or compensation.
The ancillary contract means a contract by which the consumer acquires services related to a timeshare contract or long-term holiday product contract, these services being provided by the trader or a third party on the basis of an agreement between that third party and the trader.

Lorsque le consommateur exerce son droit de rétractation du contrat d’utilisation de biens à temps partagé ou de produit de vacances à long terme, tout contrat accessoire, y compris le contrat d’échange, est résilié de plein droit sans frais ni indemnité.
Le contrat accessoire s’entend d’un contrat par lequel le consommateur acquiert des services liés à un contrat d’utilisation de biens à temps partagé ou un contrat de produit de vacances à long terme, ces services étant fournis par le professionnel ou un tiers sur la base d’un accord entre ce tiers et le professionnel.
