Article L2253-5 of the French Labour Code

When an agreement concluded in all or part of a group expressly provides for this, its stipulations replace the stipulations having the same object in agreements or conventions concluded previously or subsequently in the undertakings or establishments included in the scope of this agreement.

Lorsqu’un accord conclu dans tout ou partie d’un groupe le prévoit expressément, ses stipulations se substituent aux stipulations ayant le même objet des conventions ou accords conclus antérieurement ou postérieurement dans les entreprises ou les établissements compris dans le périmètre de cet accord.
