Article L227-19 of the French Commercial code

The statutory clauses referred to in articles L. 227-13 and L. 227-17 may only be adopted or amended unanimously by the shareholders.

The statutory clauses mentioned in articles L. 227-14 and L. 227-16 may only be adopted or amended by a decision taken collectively by the partners under the conditions and in the forms provided for in the Articles of Association.
