I.-For adults, the issue or renewal of a licence by a sports federation may be subject to the presentation of a medical certificate establishing that there are no contraindications to the practice of the discipline concerned.
II.-After simple advice from a collegiate body with medical competence, the federations mentioned in article L. 131-8 set out in their federal regulations:
1° The conditions under which a medical certificate may be required for the issue or renewal of a licence;
2° The nature, frequency and content of the medical examinations required to obtain this certificate, depending on the type of participant and activity.
III.For minors, and without prejudice to article L. 231-2-3, obtaining or renewing a licence, whether or not to take part in competitions organised by a sports federation, is subject to proof of completion of a questionnaire relating to the state of health of the minor athlete, completed jointly by the minor and the persons exercising parental authority.
When a response to the health questionnaire leads to a medical examination, a medical certificate attesting to the absence of any contraindication to practising sport must be produced in order to obtain or renew a licence.
IV – A decree specifies the procedures for implementing these provisions.
