Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-19 to L. 217-20 relating to updates is punishable by an administrative fine of up to €3,000 for a natural person and up to €15,000 for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 217-19 à L. 217-20 relatifs aux mises à jour est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
