Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 217-21 to L. 217-23 relating to commercial guarantees is punishable by an administrative fine of up to 15,000 euros for a natural person and 75,000 euros for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 217-21 à L. 217-23 relatifs aux garanties commerciales est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 15 000 euros pour une personne physique et 75 000 euros pour une personne morale.
