Any breach of the provisions of articles L. 216-1 to L. 216-6 relating to delivery, supply and transfer of risk, is liable to an administrative fine of up to 3,000 euros for a natural person and 15,000 euros for a legal entity.
This fine is imposed under the conditions set out in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.
Tout manquement aux dispositions des articles L. 216-1 à L. 216-6 relatifs à la délivrance, la fourniture et le transfert de risques, est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 euros pour une personne physique et 15 000 euros pour une personne morale.
