Article L242-50 of the French Consumer Code

Any failure to comply with article L. 224-113 is punishable by an administrative fine, the amount of which may not exceed €3,000 for a natural person and €15,000 for a legal person.

This fine is imposed under the conditions laid down in Chapter II of Title II of Book V.

Tout manquement à l’article L. 224-113 est passible d’une amende administrative dont le montant ne peut excéder 3 000 € pour une personne physique et 15 000 € pour une personne morale.
