Article L2442-2-1 of the French Public Health Code

For the application in New Caledonia of article L. 2141-11:

1° In the second paragraph of I, the words: “and, where applicable, that of one of the parents exercising parental authority or of the guardian when the person concerned is a minor” are deleted and the words: “the multidisciplinary team of the centre” are replaced by the words: “the organisation’s multidisciplinary team”;

2° The fourth paragraph of I is deleted;

3° In the first paragraph of II, the words: “The parents exercising parental authority over a minor” are replaced by the words: “The minor or his/her representative”.

Article L2442-2-1

Pour l’application en Nouvelle-Calédonie de l’article L. 2141-11 :

1° Au deuxième alinéa du I, les mots : “ et, le cas échéant, à celui de l’un des parents investis de l’exercice de l’autorité parentale ou du tuteur lorsque l’intéressé est mineur ” sont supprimés et les mots : “ l’équipe pluridisciplinaire du centre ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ l’équipe pluridisciplinaire de l’organisme ” ;

2° Le quatrième alinéa du I est supprimé ;

3° Au premier alinéa du II, les mots : “ Les parents investis de l’exercice de l’autorité parentale d’une personne mineure ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ La personne mineure ou son représentant ”.
