The penalties laid down in article L. 312-14 apply to the issuing or transfer, whether free of charge or for consideration, of admission tickets to a sporting event in excess of the number of spectators set by the approval order.

Les peines prévues à l’article L. 312-14 s’appliquent au fait d’émettre ou de céder, à titre gratuit ou onéreux, des titres d’accès à une manifestation sportive en nombre supérieur à l’effectif de spectateurs fixé par l’arrêté d’homologation.
