Departmental councillors have the right to present oral questions relating to departmental affairs at a meeting of the departmental council. The rules of procedure lay down the frequency of such questions and the conditions under which they are presented and examined.

Les conseillers départementaux ont le droit d’exposer en séance du conseil départemental des questions orales ayant trait aux affaires du département. Le règlement intérieur en fixe la fréquence ainsi que les conditions de présentation et d’examen.
