I.-The labelling of unit packets, any outer packaging and the nicotine-containing vaping product itself may not include any element or device which:
1° Contributes to the promotion of vaping products or encourages their consumption by giving an erroneous impression as to the characteristics, health effects, risks or emissions of the product;
2° Suggests that the product is less harmful than others or is intended to reduce the effect of certain harmful components of smoke or has vitalising, energising, healing, rejuvenating, natural or organic properties or has beneficial effects on health or lifestyle;
3° Resembles a food or cosmetic product;
4° Suggests that the product is more easily biodegradable or has other environmental benefits;
5° Suggests an economic advantage by means of printed vouchers, discount offers, free distribution, two-for-one promotions or other similar offers.
II – The elements and devices prohibited under I include messages, symbols, names, product or service brands, figurative or other signs.
